A self-motivated structural engineer is sought to contribute to a mining project. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of design principles, proven experience working on mining projects, and full work rights in Australia.
About the Role- Create detailed structural designs for mining infrastructure with precision and accuracy.
- Analyse structures using software such as SpaceGass, Strand7, STADD.Pro, or ANSYS to ensure they meet industry standards.
- Develop comprehensive design documentation, calculations, and construction drawings.
- Review and approve structural engineering deliverables ensuring quality and integrity.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to senior and junior engineers.
- Ensure seamless integration of structural designs with other disciplines.
- Profound knowledge of design principles and their practical applications.
- Extensive experience working on mining projects, preferably in gold/copper mining.
- Full work rights in Australia to ensure compliance with local regulations.
