Project Management Role

This position involves leading multidisciplinary teams to plan and execute mining infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and within-budget delivery of these projects, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

About You
  • You hold a strong background in project management, preferably with experience in tailings and civil projects.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent programs with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing, presentations, and client interactions.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Lead multidisciplinary project teams to plan and execute mining infrastructure projects.
  2. Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  3. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping shape the direction of our Mine Tailings project portfolio.
  4. Manage work programs to deliver engineering services related to mine waste management.
  5. Support multiple concurrent projects across the entire life cycle, including design management, tendering, contract administration, financial management, project scheduling, and risk management.
  6. Plan and direct field investigations and other tasks to meet project requirements.
