Client Service Officer Role

This is a key opportunity to join our business as a Client Service Officer. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, handling their queries and ensuring they receive exceptional service.

About the Job
  • Provide top-notch client support by handling phone calls, emails, and other communication with professionalism and care.
  • Work behind the scenes to deliver seamless solutions for our clients, coordinating with fund managers, product providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate client records and investment data in Xplan.
  • Organize client meetings and manage diaries to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare applications and liaise with product providers and fund managers to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Be an integral part of delivering outstanding client experiences from start to finish.
About You
  • A strong background in financial planning, including comprehensive knowledge of industry practices, products, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in XPLAN and able to apply this expertise effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
  • A team player with natural people skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service and nurturing client relationships.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities and experience with RG146 or relevant tertiary qualifications.
