Client Service Officer Position

We are seeking a highly organized and relationship-focused Client Service Officer to join our organization in Brisbane. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the trustee, financial, or legal sector and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our Health and Personal Injury Client Relationship Managers (CRMs), including tribunal submissions, property management, and bill payments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, monitoring workflow and managing multiple inboxes.
  • Offer exceptional service to clients with complex needs, responding to enquiries via phone and email.
  • Act as a key contact in the absence of the CRM and liaise directly with clients as required.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, Trust Deeds, and tribunal regulations.

The successful candidate will be a team player with initiative, resilience, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service. They will also possess proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
