Client Relationship Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining current client relationships, generating business within assigned accounts, and creating new business opportunities.

To achieve this, they will maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and pricing structures to determine the best approach to service and motivate clients. This includes providing a high-quality end-to-end customer experience by serving as a single point of contact for the client and representing our company in a positive light.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for key client groups.
  • Develop long-term relationships and build rapport with new and existing clients.
  • Pursue new business opportunities across the region.
  • Run stakeholder meetings with key client groups.
  • Respond promptly to emails and calls, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Write proposals, produce quotes, develop project scopes, and follow up on installations.

Experience and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and customer service.
  • Good understanding of CRM systems and ability to utilize them effectively in a sales-driven organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Technically competent and able to learn new technologies, products, and systems relevant to the role.
  • Able to present confidently to groups.
  • Previous experience in healthcare or aged care is highly valued.
  • Able to travel extensively to facilitate business growth and strengthen client relationships.
