About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team in regional operations, governance and services.
  • Provide strategic and operational advice to leaders on legislative, policy and procedural issues.
  • Oversee governance processes for managing enquiries and complaints, including reporting and records management.
  • Advise and support staff to ensure quality systems and governance processes for complaint management, internal and external communications, community engagement and regional operations.
