Regional Leadership Role

This key position oversees the regional implementation of strategic goals and objectives.

  • Leadership and Management: The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Project Coordination: They will oversee project activities across the region, ensuring alignment with the Agency Strategic Plan and other planning documents.
  • Risk Management: This role involves analyzing the external operating environment and developing strategies to minimize risk and impact.
  • Advice and Guidance: The Regional Manager will provide advice to senior leaders on operational issues, ensuring that appropriate remedial initiatives are developed and implemented as needed.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to analyze complex situations, and excellent communication skills. Experience in community corrections and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations would be highly regarded.
