Regional Operations Leader

We are seeking a motivated and experienced leader to spearhead our operations team in QLD. As Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a dynamic team to ensure we meet our customers' needs and drive business growth through exceptional customer service and efficient delivery of products.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on individual with a passion for delivering outstanding results. You will be expected to have a strong leadership approach, with the ability to engage with people at all levels and champion a positive health and safety culture.
The successful candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in chemical or mechanical engineering (or equivalent)
- Trade qualifications (desired)
- A proven track record of production/logistics management and leadership experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience managing supplier relationships
- Able to lead by example and demonstrate visible HSE leadership
