We are seeking a strategic professional to drive our educational operations and oversee daily activities within our VET division. As Training Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of education advisors, assessors, and support staff to deliver exceptional learning experiences that meet industry and regulatory standards.
This role requires a strong leader who can balance big-picture planning with detailed operational oversight. You will contribute to continuous improvement, foster team collaboration, and ensure compliance with training package and RTO requirements.
- Implement strategic directions for educational delivery, assessment, and support services.
- Lead and coordinate daily operations of course delivery, marking, and student support.
- Chair team and assessor meetings to promote collaboration and consistency.
You will also be responsible for overseeing course development, accreditation, and review, ensuring high-quality delivery and assessment of vocational courses, and supporting students with complex learning needs.
