Job Role: Manager of Organisational Transformation

We are seeking an experienced change leader to join our team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in driving organisational change and promoting a culture of collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic support to change managers and quality assurance teams to ensure effective project delivery
  • Design and implement integrated learning solutions to build change management capability across senior executives and employees
  • Drive the talent strategy for change management, including leading recruitment campaigns and developing internal talent pipelines
  • Monitor and track change impact, maturity, and ROI across the organisation

Requirements:

For this role, we are looking for an individual with a tertiary qualification in human resources, organisational psychology, or a related field. Prosci certification is highly desirable, as is experience leading organisational change efforts. Relevant knowledge of behaviour change models and the ability to influence stakeholders towards a common goal are also essential.
