The Role:

As an Airport Store Lead, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming environment where great service and style set the tone. Your primary focus will be on delivering memorable customer experiences while guiding and developing your team to achieve their best.

This is a hands-on role that demands leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong connections with customers and colleagues alike.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Setting the standard for service and style as the face of the store.
  • Cultivating meaningful connections with customers – every transaction counts.
  • Leading, coaching, and inspiring your team to meet targets and excel.
  • Managing store operations with accountability and attention to detail.
  • Maintaining exceptional presentation and brand standards.
  • Fostering a respectful, values-led culture within the team.
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety standards at all times.
