We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to lead our busy airport retail concept in Brisbane. Located in the heart of the domestic airport terminal, you will be responsible for leading a team that provides exceptional service to customers from diverse backgrounds across our retail store focused on books & gifting with an integrated cafe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Motivate and lead your team with a hands-on approach ensuring tasks are performed according to standards and procedures
  • Maintain a well-presented site at all times and provide high-quality customer service embodying our brand values
  • Oversee daily store operations including ordering, rostering, staff management and train teams on food safety standards with confidence
  • Champion maturity initiative and a sense of urgency manage stock control and waste effectively and model respect and inclusivity in your words and actions

Flexibility is essential particularly with regards to trading hours which may fall outside typical business hours.
