**Pacific region's leading Travel Retail operator**

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic individual to join our team in a Full-Time Retail Team Leader capacity at Brisbane Airport.

Our retail store provides customers with a wide range of technology accessories. We are looking for people who have a genuine interest in helping customers shop for all their travel needs.

To be successful, you will need to engage with our customers, make every transaction exceptional, demonstrate experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment, possess strong communication skills and presentation standards, commit and be accountable, bring your higher self to work and show respect for others through your words and actions, and be flexible to work a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday which may include early morning and late nights.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience;
