Lead Airport Store Team

As a seasoned retail professional with experience managing airport stores, you will lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Job Description

We are seeking a visionary store manager who can manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, stock, visual merchandising, and staff training. You will be responsible for maintaining in-store operations, ensuring the store is always clean and well-presented, and creating and managing store rosters and payroll.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Manage and train all store staff, including product training.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor store and staff performance to ensure adherence to company processes.
  • Customer Experience: Provide an in-store experience that inspires and empowers customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Engage with customers by sharing product knowledge and experience.
  • Operations: Receipting, replenishing, and merchandising products in store.
  • Collaboration: Work in a team to achieve goals and objectives.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Store Sales meet budget expectations.
  • Store hours and staff management align with budget.
  • Store Visual Presentation Standards meet company guidelines.
  • Airport Safety and Procedures are strictly adhered to at all times.
  • Payroll is submitted on time and accurately.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous retail experience as a store manager in an airport environment is mandatory.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience.
  • A passion for travel.
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment.
  • Self-motivation and willingness to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to pass Airport ASIC security requirements.
