Job Description: As an Assistant Store Manager at our Brisbane Airport store, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the successful and efficient running of the store. You will assist in developing and fostering a customer-focused culture through the execution of sales, service, and compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager to operate an effective and profitable store">
  • Assist the Store Manager to develop and foster a customer-focused culture through the execution of sales, service, and compliance initiatives">
  • Inspire and lead a diverse team of passionate individuals to reach set KPIs and sales targets">
  • Support the Store Manager train, mentor, and coach Team Members to work towards goals and succession planning">
  • Create a memorable shopping experience for each and every customer">

Requirements:

You will have established experience in a customer-focused role as either a supervisor or assistant manager preferably in a retail environment. You will have exceptional people and communication skills and have the ability to motivate and rally a team to build sales whilst supporting a culture of openness, courage, and joyfulness.
