Operations Director

This senior leadership position plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of Melbourne's public and cultural landmark, Fed Square.
As Head of Operations, you will oversee strategy, manage property and tenancies, and drive initiatives to deliver exceptional cultural, commercial, and community outcomes for the precinct.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight of operations, assets, and annual capital works program at Fed Square.
- Driving strategy and managing property and tenancies to deliver results.
- Leading stakeholder engagement and coordinating across institutions, partners, tenants, contractors, and government agencies.
- Maintaining compliance with OHS, building, and environmental codes to ensure safe and sustainable operation of the precinct.
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles within precinct or asset management, with expertise in operations, property, or asset management.
- Strength in stakeholder engagement, commercial acumen, and high-level negotiation, underpinned by strategic thinking and delivery performance.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, project, or facilities management are highly regarded; postgraduate studies a plus.
- Strong commercial and financial skills are essential.
