Community and Customer Services Assistant Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our engaged, safe, sustainable and performing workforce as a Casual Community and Customer Services Assistant.

We are looking for adaptable and customer-focused individuals with sound administrative skills to support our front-line Customer Service staff in various areas including the Library, Youth Venue, OOSH, Visitor Information and Customer Service.

The successful candidate will be a flexible and adaptable person with proven interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team. They will be able to show initiative and demonstrate strong customer service focus, with demonstrated skill in conflict resolution being essential.

Previous experience in a public library environment, youth service, OOSH or local government customer service role is an advantage but not essential. This position is offered on a casual basis.

Remuneration package for this position includes an hourly rate plus superannuation.
