Job Opportunity: Digital Content Lead

We are seeking a creative and driven individual to join our team as a Digital Content Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented content creator to capture and share the stories of athletes, events, partners, and community.

This role will involve working across major national events and high-performance programs, collaborating with athletes, coaches, and media teams to create engaging content that inspires, connects, and delivers value to partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver compelling digital content that resonates with our audience.
  • Capture and edit high-quality video and photography to showcase athletes and events.
  • Lead short-form and social-first content creation to grow online presence.
  • Cover national championships, team announcements, and behind-the-scenes stories that highlight athletes' journeys.
  • Support commercial partnerships through digital activations that drive engagement and revenue.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated skills in video and photography content creation, including proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent software.
  • A passion for sport and a knack for storytelling that brings athletes' stories to life.
  • The willingness to travel and work event hours, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
