Job Description

As a Portfolio Value Lead, you will be responsible for supporting enterprise planning, reporting, and governance. You will assist in prioritizing and scheduling initiatives, providing critical reports on time, cost, quality, risks, and issues. You will also foster a culture of improvement and transparency.

The role involves supporting the implementation of governance frameworks, driving continuous improvement in delivery policies and standards, and championing a culture of delivery excellence.

  • Support the planning, supply management, prioritization, reporting, and governance across the enterprise
  • Support the planning, prioritization, and scheduling of initiatives to ensure clarity and effective assessment of costs, benefits, OKRs, risks, and dependencies at a program and portfolio level
  • Support decision-making by providing mission-critical reporting on time, cost, quality, risks, and issues
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Tribes, Platforms, and strategic program delivery and governance processes to optimize existing delivery methodologies and tools
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in project and portfolio management
  • Experience working at large enterprise organizations, ideally within the Insurance industry
  • Data analysis experience with the ability to provide insights
  • Strong reporting experience; sound knowledge of finance processes with the ability to interpret and analyze reports relevant to the area of responsibility
  • Sound knowledge of Portfolio Governance methods
  • Flexible and resilient mindset with the ability to hit the ground running and work with ambiguity
  • Strong and proven stakeholder management skills; excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
