The Role: KBR is seeking an experienced Professional Services Manager to contribute to the growth and success of its Australia Defence and Security Solutions (ADSS) business.

  • Deliver day-to-day operational support by applying HR expertise with professionalism and care.
  • Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement people plans aligned with business priorities and the broader People Team strategy.
  • Offer guidance on HR/ER matters, policy interpretation, and people processes.
  • Partner with managers to ensure effective team structures and workforce planning meet their needs.

Main Responsibilities:

Support initiatives in employee engagement, wellbeing, and agile work practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar role.
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR/ER best practices and employment legislation.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen — with the ability to connect people solutions to business outcomes.
