Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team in the Ballarat region. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement support plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each individual
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, hygiene, and household duties
  • Support individuals to participate in community activities, social events, and appointments
  • Promote personal choice and control, ensuring individuals have the autonomy to make decisions about their lives
  • Administer medication and provide general care and support as needed
