About the Role: We are seeking a Digital Marketing Director to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive commercial growth through brand-led, full-funnel marketing.

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, digital, and performance channels, translating business growth targets into marketing programs with clear KPIs.

Digital Demand Generation: Drive digital demand generation, oversee paid media, and collaborate on performance programs to ensure data-driven optimisation and ROI.

Commercial Decision Making: Oversee campaign performance reporting, provide insights to optimise channel mix, marketing efficiency, and ROI, and establish frameworks and dashboards that embed a culture of accountability and results.

Brand Marketing: Champion the role of brand in fueling performance, lead thought leadership and content-led marketing strategies to strengthen our positioning in the market, and ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.

Leadership & Collaboration: Contribute to senior leadership of the Marketing and Digital function, mentor and lift the team's commercial acumen, digital capability, and performance focus, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, Digital, and external agencies to deliver cohesive, high-impact programs.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive decision-making
