Digital Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Director to become part of a passionate and engaged team.

Job Description:

As a key member of our organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. This includes social media marketing, content creation, email marketing, and paid advertising.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving website traffic, generating leads, and increasing conversions through digital marketing campaigns. They will also possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels
  • Create high-quality, engaging content for social media, email, and other digital platforms
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to inform future strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a leadership or senior role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
