- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow our brand's footprint in the Australian market.
- National travel required to engage with customers and drive business growth.
- Drive new business development by conducting in-field market research across local markets, gaining insights to tailor strategic plans for each territory.
- Identify and secure partnerships with leading retailers, distributors, and small independents.
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring sustainable growth and brand presence.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
- Report on sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline development to senior leadership.
We are looking for an experienced sales professional who can bring a proven track record of growing brand presence in the Australian market. The ideal candidate will have:

- A willingness to travel nationally.
- Strong relationship-building skills with retailers, distributors, and independents.
- Demonstrated experience prospecting, winning new business and closing.

- Experience in consumer goods or kitchenware sectors is a plus, but not essential.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
