Process Worker Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment as a Process Worker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our production line.

The role involves loading and unloading products on powder coating lines and powder coating ovens, pre-treating chemicals for products, operating machinery, and maintaining equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.

You will also be required to meet production deadlines and timeframes, and maintain a strong focus on health and safety practices, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.

Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading of products on powder coating line and powder coating oven
  • Pre-treatment of chemicals for products
  • Operating of machinery and ensuring machines are kept in good condition
  • Meet production deadlines and time-frames
  • Maintain a strong health and safety focus and wear appropriate PPE
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have basic knowledge of handling hand tools, a strong work ethic, and experience in a manufacturing environment. You should also have the ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings and dimensions, and have a strong understanding of safe work practices.
