Manufacturing Technician Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Specialist to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our manufacturing processes, ensuring the smooth execution of production orders and driving continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist with electrical and fastening production work on site and in the field.
  • Maintain production workflow compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Oversee production assets to ensure equipment is serviced at recommended intervals.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely completion of work orders with optimal resource utilization.
  • Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules to meet customer requirements.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe work environment on site.
  • Manage business operations in accordance with quality standards.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for problems/issues to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor expenses and assets to meet performance goals.
  • Maintain systematic audit trails for accurate inventory in the production cell.
  • Generate manufacturing metrics as requested by management.
  • Foster efficiency and quality improvements through processes and procedures.
  • Implement ISO-related Quality requirements on site.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Associate Diploma in Production / Engineering or relevant manufacturing experience.
  • Understanding of production methodology and equipment maintenance.
  • Restricted Electrical license preferred.
