About This Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a PBL Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing and new PBL accounts, providing technical support, fostering customer relationships, and promoting sustainable growth within the plasterboard and packaging industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver High-Quality Technical Service: Ensure strong communication and resolution of quality issues with customers, delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Drive growth with new business opportunities and product offerings, consistently exceeding targets through effective sales strategies.
  • Conduct Customer Visits: Regularly visit customers across various locations, including interstate and international travel, to manage inventory, improve supply chain efficiency, and enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with production, operations, and planning teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop New Products: Expand Visy's market reach by developing innovative products aligned with OHS policies and industry trends.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably within plasterboard, paper, packaging, or related industries.
  • Strong technical understanding of plasterboard, paper, packaging, or related products, combined with commercial acumen.
  • 3+ years of industrial manufacturing experience, ideally within plasterboard, paper, packaging, or related industries.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and SAP.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
