As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be instrumental in providing key services such as sales, reception, and merchandising to our members, casual users, and potential new customers in accordance with established operational routines and procedures.

The primary responsibility of our Customer Service Ambassadors is to acquire new customers and deliver first-class customer service ensuring it aligns with our mission, vision, and values. They have the responsibility to achieve individual and team goals and targets as set out with a management team.

  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers, both in person and over the telephone
  • Apply sound cash handling principles and use of point of sale systems
  • Promote centre services and programs to customers and accept customer bookings and enrolments

Key qualities we are looking for in this role include:

  • Have a passion for customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Hold current first aid and cpr certification
  • Working with children check and national police check
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a retail environment is highly advantageous
