Job Title: Field Representative

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic representative to join our Retail Team. This casual role offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to choose your own start times and work days.

About the Role:
  • Provide in-store visual merchandising services aligned to service level agreements.
  • Support, train, and deliver in-store projects.
  • Build strong relationships with teams.

This autonomous role enables sales teams to execute their roles, support their in-store strategies, and provide the best possible shopping experience for consumers. You will have opportunities to understand marketing fundamentals and develop into other businesses within the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships.
  • Ordering, merchandising, and stock presentation (including manual handling).
  • Maintaining in-store displays.
  • Ensuring products are priced and ticketed correctly.
  • Assist with major planogram initiatives.
