We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Member Services Officer.
The Role:A fantastic career opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Touring and closing sales while representing the club in a positive and professional manner.
- Providing exceptional customer service that aligns with our Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Meeting individual and team goals, targets set by Assistant Club Manager and Club Manager.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A passion for health and fitness.
- A desire to help people achieve their goals.
- A current First Aid & CPR Certification.
- A Working With Children Check (or equivalent) and National Police Check.
Previous experience in fitness, sales, customer service, or retail environments is advantageous but not required. We welcome friendly candidates with a customer service mindset.
As a Member Services Officer, you will be the face of our business, providing essential services that drive sales, reception, and merchandising activities.
Our ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
