The Role

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering the highest level of customer service. As a Member Services Officer, you will be the face of our business, providing important services to our members and customers.

This is a fantastic career opportunity for someone who is eager to grow and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves prospecting, touring, closing and getting referrals for future sales. You will actively seek new business opportunities, representing the facility and its values in a positive and professional manner.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Promoting the centre's services and programs to customers and accepting bookings and enrolments
  • Providing excellent customer service to all customers, both in person and over the telephone
  • Applying sound cash handling principles and using Point of Sale (POS) systems

Key Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or similar industries is highly advantageous
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
