As a Strategic Transformation Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the transformation of our transaction banking operations at Commonwealth Bank.

Salary
The estimated annual salary for this role is $140,000 - $180,000, based on industry standards and market conditions.
About the Role
This Senior Leadership position requires an experienced professional with a proven track record of successfully discovering and delivering process Operational Excellence initiatives in various operational environments. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to re-engineer processes, drive innovative solutions, and ensure effective risk management and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and execute process re-engineering initiatives to enhance service delivery for corporate clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to challenge existing processes and technology designs.
- Drive innovative solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Ensure effective risk management and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide strategic insights and leadership to influence transformation outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive alignment and success.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A demonstrated track record of successfully discovering and delivering process Operational Excellence initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to understand, document, and analyse processes.
- Facilitation skills to articulate complex concepts to gain stakeholder endorsement of proposed solutions.
- Strong understanding of risk management and compliance requirements.
