About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Associate Director to lead our Transaction Banking Transformation team. You will play a pivotal role in re-engineering processes to elevate our customer experience to world-class standards, ensuring superior service while maintaining the highest standards of risk management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and execute process re-engineering initiatives to enhance service delivery for IB&M and MCG clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rigorously challenge existing processes and technology designs.
  • Drive innovative solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure effective risk management and compliance with regulatory standards.
