Department Manager

As a department manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key aspects of the role include managing daily store operations, supervising staff, controlling inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage high-volume stock efficiently, maintain inventory integrity, and manage stocktakes.
  • Merchandising and Visual Display: Execute merchandising plans, work with planograms, promotional activates, and stock rotation.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Possess strong communication skills to lead and mentor effectively, and problem-solve with resilience and a time-management mindset.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Retail Management Experience: Essential.
  • High-Volume Stock Management: Highly preferred.
