Department Manager
As a department manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key aspects of the role include managing daily store operations, supervising staff, controlling inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Manage high-volume stock efficiently, maintain inventory integrity, and manage stocktakes.
- Merchandising and Visual Display: Execute merchandising plans, work with planograms, promotional activates, and stock rotation.
- Communication and Problem-Solving: Possess strong communication skills to lead and mentor effectively, and problem-solve with resilience and a time-management mindset.
- Retail Management Experience: Essential.
- High-Volume Stock Management: Highly preferred.
- Individual Leadership Style: Bring your skills and leadership experience to lead and inspire your team.
- Positive, Goal-Oriented Attitude: Drive growth and talent pipelines within your department and store.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to lead and mentor effectively, both written and verbal.
