We're looking for an Operations Manager who can lead with heart and deliver with precision. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee daily service delivery, mentor leaders and frontline teams, and ensure we maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance. You'll work closely with our Chief Operating Officer to streamline systems, drive growth, and create an environment where both participants and staff thrive.

What you'll be doing:

  • Overseeing daily operations across multiple service areas to ensure efficient, compliant, and participant-focused delivery
  • Leading and mentoring Team Leaders, Coordinators, and frontline staff
  • Monitoring rosters, staffing levels, and shift coverage to maintain quality support
  • Supporting the development of participant care plans and risk assessments
  • Ensuring compliance with the NDIS Quality & Safeguarding Framework
  • Driving training, professional development, and workforce capability
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders, healthcare providers, and allied services
  • Leading quality improvement projects and internal audits
  • Overseeing documentation, data accuracy, and reporting
  • Supporting the Managing Director with funding compliance and strategic service planning

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in an operations or service coordination role in disability/community services
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Sound knowledge of NDIS policies, funding, and compliance
  • Experience with complex needs and/or dual diagnoses
  • Knowledge of AOD-related issues in disability services (desirable)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management systems (Brevity experience a plus)
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • A commitment to inclusive, person-centred, and culturally safe practice
  • Driver's licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid/CPR, and relevant clearances
