We're looking for a seasoned leader to join our executive team. As General Manager - People & Culture, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering people strategies that strengthen capability and resilience.
You will lead a passionate team focused on safety, inclusion, and cultural excellence. Embedding values into every part of the employee journey, championing diversity, equity, wellbeing, and employee engagement initiatives that matter.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with leaders to ensure people strategy aligns with strategic goals
- Providing trusted advice on workforce, industrial, and cultural matters
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to drive business results
