Job Overview

The Chief Administrative Officer plays a pivotal role in driving the Islands Trust forward, providing strategic guidance and overseeing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 15 years of public sector leadership experience is required for this role.

Prior experience as Assistant Deputy Minister for Communications, Learning and Engagement with the BC Public Service Agency is highly valued.

Additionally, executive roles in Ministries of Advanced Education, Education, and Citizens' Services, and in the Office of the Premier are considered assets.
