Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes in childcare settings. They will be responsible for leading a team to maintain high standards of care, education, and engagement.

Key responsibilities include managing daily centre operations, including staffing, parent communication, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. This role requires inspiring and supporting educators and teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth. The successful candidate will also design and deliver engaging activities for children's holistic development and prioritise their safety and well-being.

The successful candidate will have an ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education, minimum 3 years of experience in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including leadership experience. A current Working with Children Check is also required.
