We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to join our team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our centre, including production workshop management, quality control, customer service, and leadership of a team of professionals.
This is a full-time role that offers opportunities for growth, stability, and security within a leading organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Production Workshop Management: Oversee workshop production to ensure targets are met and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
- Quality Control: Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and that vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions with clients and work providers.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve organisational goals.
- Profit and Loss Management: Ensure the site operates profitably by preparing and reviewing P&Ls, budgets, job costings, KPIs, and management reports.
