Our Centre Leadership Team is Seeking a Skilled Manager
About the Role
The role of Assistant Centre Manager involves supporting the Centre Manager to ensure efficient and effective management of our early learning centre. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for implementing programs and partnerships that enhance and support development of Early Years Learning Plans in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic support to the Centre Manager to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the effectiveness of the centre with regards to the health and well-being of the children and staff, including enhancing children's educational opportunities through strengthening their social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in the early learning sector, showing progression to more senior roles such as Room Leader or Educational Leader.
- Experience supervising or mentoring a team of staff members.
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft packages and proficiency in the use of QIKKIDS and Time Target, or similar systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
