Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Construction Director to lead our residential projects from conception to completion. As a Project Construction Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and safety compliance.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement project strategies to meet business objectives
  • Manage site resources, trade contractors, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other project team members
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and best practices

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in residential construction management, preferably in multi-residential or high-rise developments
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
