Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned design and project leader to spearhead our new chapter, Living Gems 2.0.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic thinker who can drive innovative solutions and lead consultant teams to deliver large-scale lifestyle resorts and commercial facilities efficiently, compliantly, and cost-effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in commercial building projects, the ability to balance vision with attention to detail, deadlines, and project delivery, strong communication skills, commercial acumen, technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive Design Solutions: Spearhead the design and documentation of large-scale lifestyle resorts and commercial facilities, ensuring timely delivery of well-coordinated and buildable documentation.
  • Lead Consultant Teams: Collaborate with consultants to ensure efficient project execution and compliance.
  • Optimize Project Delivery: Work closely with construction teams to maintain efficient, compliant, and cost-effective project execution.
  • Navigate Complexities: Contribute significantly to programming, problem-solving, and ensuring projects run smoothly from concept to completion.
  • Provide Strategic Guidance: Serve as a senior point of contact, offering clear direction and cutting through complexity when needed.
