
Key Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and dynamic individual to join our team as an Operations Administrator.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless functioning of our operations department, contributing to overall efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the sales team
- Coordinating quotes within our system
- Ensuring team members are onboarded according to our HR system
- Managing content flow between teams and the marketing department
Sales and Performance Management
You will work closely with the Sales department to achieve monthly targets, conducting regular team huddles to strategise and reach goals. Key performance indicators will be measured and reviewed regularly.
Personnel Management and Development
Your responsibilities will include recruiting, training, and managing employees, communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions, coaching, measuring, and addressing employee performance. A safe and healthy work environment will be ensured and maintained at all times.
Operational Excellence and Customer Satisfaction
You will implement best practices and customer-centric standards, analysing process workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout. Changes will be implemented, reviewed, and approved, ensuring timely payments, overseeing vehicle inspections, quoting, time and motion, quality live scheduling, and stock management.
Client Relations and Service Delivery
You will manage relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for customer issues, accidents, and mishaps on-site. You will identify and assist the team in replicating quality performance, proactively addressing and resolving problems and complaints, contributing to continuous improvement.
Requirements and Expectations
To be successful in this role, you must be confident and well-presented, fluent in English, both spoken and written, extremely well-organised with a problem-solving mindset, positive attitude and conflict management skills, good time management and dependability, computer literate, CRM experience preferred, experience in scheduling is a plus, deadline-oriented with strong reporting skills, and a car/caravan enthusiast is advantageous.
