Overview
Join Allegion as a Warehouse & Keying Coordinator in Belmont, Western Australia.
This role is part of the OEM supply chain, coordinating the WA warehouse/manufacturing site to control the flow of goods into and out of the site, ensuring accuracy and meeting KPIs.
Job Scope
In this role you will be an integral part of the OEM supply chain, coordinating the WA warehouse/manufacturing site to control the flow of goods into and out of our site, ensuring accuracy and meeting KPIs.
Primary Responsibilities
Daily management and organisation of receiving and dispatch
Coordinate keying of customer orders to meet KPIs
Lead day-to-day running of WA Warehouse/Manufacturing site including:Load, unload, receive, count and store stock
Packing and shipping orders
Checking goods on arrival and before dispatch
Maintaining and reporting stock levels
Forklift driving for loading / unloading and general warehouse movements
Investigating stock discrepancies and raising discrepancy notifications when needed
Assist with the coordination of annual stocktakes
Ensure WHS requirements are met and adhere to Allegion processes and procedures
Take an active role in continuous improvement initiatives
Job Specification
Part A: Job Knowledge / Technical Skills / Qualifications
Solid experience in a warehousing / production environment
Experience in the keying of lock cylinders
Experience in the safe use of a forklift
Previous experience leading a direct report will be highly regarded
Organizational skills necessary to successfully multitask and coordinate priorities
Intermediate knowledge in ERP systems and Microsoft Office products
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Part B: Personal Skills
Must have a positive, can-do attitude that is customer and resolution oriented.
The ability to work independently or with limited supervision
Positive attitude to workplace safety
