Job Opportunity: Quality Management Officer

This role presents an excellent chance for a motivated individual to contribute to the strategic review of the Quality Management system, focusing on strategic and business planning, performance measurement, and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with key stakeholders to support the identification and management of opportunities and risks with data, supporting the development of controls and undertaking regular reporting.

  • Contribute to the strategic review of the Quality Management system in the areas of strategic and business planning, performance measurement and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, tailoring style and language according to their level of knowledge, skill, and experience.
  • Build and sustain collaborative relationships with team members, management, and stakeholders.
  • Analyse and suggest improvements to quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure optimal performance against best practice.
  • Design and implement solutions to issues affecting the achievement of desired outcomes.
