Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Quality Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the quality function by ensuring accurate and timely data updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate and analyze data from multiple sources, including technical reports, quality control records, and asset registers.
  • Maintain electronic databases and spreadsheets, ensuring data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, documents, and presentations, applying style guides and formatting requirements.
  • Provide administrative support during peak periods or for leave coverage, including material receipting and team training coordination.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in performing other duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in quality assurance or administration.
  • Proficient operating Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
