Job Role: Quality Administrator

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy and quality in various registers and reports. This involves updating records with information from technical specialists, including works progress reports, welding test results, asset registers, trade qualification updates, and drawing revisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collecting and organizing data from multiple sources into spreadsheets and report templates.
  • Monitoring electronic registers and collaborating with team members to ensure data is up-to-date.
  • Formatting and applying style guides to drafted documents.
  • Managing quality control documents, including scanning and registration.
  • Providing administrative support during peak periods or leave coverage, including material orders, logistics bookings, and general training administration.

The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. Experience as a Quality Administrator and in the Oil and Gas industry is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Sharepoint, and Teams, is essential.
