We are a finance company seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Mortgage Broker. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking and a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
About the JobAs a Mortgage Broker, you will be responsible for maintaining, developing and growing an existing client portfolio with recurring business and referrals from happy clients being the end goal. You will also manage both the residential and commercial lending application process from enquiry through to settlement.
- Maintain organisation through different online CRM platforms to monitor client interactions, inquiries and application progress.
- Presenting lending strategies and other tailored advice to clients.
- Nurture and grow a network of internal and external contacts, collaborating with Directors/Leaders to develop relationships and further cement your referral base.
- Understand and operate within relevant Regulatory and Compliance legislation, working through any compliance issues.
- A Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar Mortgage Broker role.
- Prior Business Banking experience is beneficial.
- An ability to stay passionate about property, people and finance.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
