Mortgage Broker

KIN Finance is on the lookout for a motivated and customer-focused Mortgage Broker to join our growing team. With a strong flow of leads and the support of an established brand, this role is perfect for someone ready to make an impact - whether you're just getting started or looking to elevate your career.
Responsibilities- Assess clients' financial positions and property goals
- Advise on home loans, refinancing, and investment finance
- Source and negotiate tailored mortgage solutions
- Manage applications from submission through to settlement
- Guide clients through financial products and paperwork
- Ensure compliance and maintain accurate documentation
- Build lasting relationships with clients, lenders, and partners
- Stay informed on lending policies and market trends
- Experience in finance, lending, or recent completion of Finance & Mortgage Broking Diploma
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Detail-orientated, proactive, and goal-driven
- Confident with aggregator platforms and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Multilingual skills (Mandarin preferred) highly regarded
- Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking and MFAA membership preferred (support available)
