Overview
KIN Finance is on the lookout for a motivated and customer-focused Mortgage Broker to join our growing team.
With a strong flow of leads and the support of an established brand, this role is perfect for someone ready to make an impact - whether you're just getting started or looking to elevate your career.
Responsibilities
Assess clients' financial positions and property goals
Advise on home loans, refinancing, and investment finance
Source and negotiate tailored mortgage solutions
Manage applications from submission through to settlement
Guide clients through financial products and paperwork
Ensure compliance and maintain accurate documentation
Build lasting relationships with clients, lenders, and partners
Stay informed on lending policies and market trends
Qualifications
Experience in finance, lending, or recent completion of Finance & Mortgage Broking Diploma
Strong communication and client service skills
Detail-orientated, proactive, and goal-driven
Confident with aggregator platforms and Microsoft Office
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Multilingual skills (Mandarin preferred) highly regarded
Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking and MFAA membership preferred (support available)
